Accordingly, for the Hung Vuong II Residential Area project, phase 2A, the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City urgently reviews and classifies each specific case to resolve existing problems, difficulties, and obstacles related to compensation and site clearance of the project before June 30, 2025, to provide documents to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to carry out the following tasks to soon complete compensation and site clearance for the project.
Assign the Department of Agriculture and Environment to direct the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to urgently review and classify each specific case to invite households to organize compensation payments, support and mobilize and persuade them to hand over the land. In case households do not cooperate, consolidate all documents and procedures and coordinate with the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City to organize enforcement in accordance with legal regulations. At the same time, complete the completed construction packages to organize acceptance of the works, carry out procedures for payment of completed works and hand over the works for use in 2025.
For the Technical Infrastructure Project of Cooperative Residential Area 3 - Ham Liem, Ham Thuan Bac District, the Department of Agriculture and Environment shall direct the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to urgently complete the work of project acceptance, prepare documents, procedures for payment and settlement of completed projects and hand over the project for use in 2025.
