Capacity building training for female cadres and members to participate in community activities

Implementing Project 8 of the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period, the Women's Union of Tan Son district organized 5 capacity building training conferences for 500 delegates who are female officials and members participating in community activities in 5 communes: Dong Son, Lai Dong, Thu Cuc, My Thuan, Minh Dai.

The legal and legitimate rights and interests of women and children are issues of concern to many students.

Training contents include: Skills to mobilize and guide cadres, women's union members and people to participate in community activities; Skills to mobilize and guide people to contribute ideas to Party building and Government building.

Trainees participated in discussion at the training session.

At the training conference, delegates were provided with improved knowledge and consulting skills to do a good job of propaganda at the grassroots level, promote their role, proactively participate in effectively solving a number of social issues related to women and children, minimize negative impacts, and improve the quality of life of women and children. Ensure the real participation of women in socio-economic development issues, contributing to the implementation of local socio-economic development goals. Promote the role of members and women in participating in Party building, government building, and improving the quality of social supervision and criticism. In particular, focus on issues that members and women are interested in, directly related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women and children.
