Training on legal documents of the Construction industry

On November 14-15, the Department of Construction coordinated with the Academy of Construction Management and Construction to organize a training conference on legal documents of the Construction sector with nearly 100 trainees who are civil servants and public employees of the Department of Construction, specialized construction management departments; Economic - Infrastructure Department, Urban Management Department of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; Construction Investment Project Management Boards; representatives of companies and enterprises operating in the fields of housing and real estate business in the province.

Training conference on legal documents of the construction industry

At the conference, experts disseminated and answered many new points of the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law, the work of establishing, appraising, approving and managing construction planning... The Housing Law and the Real Estate Business Law were issued by the National Assembly along with the Decrees and Circulars guiding the Government and the Ministry of Construction to help strengthen and manage the real estate market, ensuring that investment projects in housing construction and the real estate market are on target, of quality and effective. The work of establishing general planning and detailed planning is given attention.

Through the training conference, the aim is to supplement and improve legal knowledge in performing tasks for the staff, civil servants, and public employees of departments, branches, and sectors in the fields of construction planning, housing development, and real estate market. From there, it helps to deploy and organize the implementation of legal regulations on construction, especially timely, serious, effective, and practical mechanisms and policies; contributing to the stability and development in the right direction of State management.
