Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee agreed with the proposal of the Party Committee's Organization Committee on the policy of rearranging public service units and enterprises under the People's Committees of the above three localities (before announcing the decision to establish the new Ho Chi Minh City - PV).
The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee assigned the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to direct the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, based on the conclusions and policies of the Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, to carry out the processes and procedures for receiving, arranging, and assigning key leadership personnel of public service units and enterprises to ensure progress and in accordance with regulations.
Review, compile statistics, and fully hand over financial resources, assets, and ongoing projects... for management and use in accordance with legal regulations and continue to implement to ensure smooth operations, no waste of resources, capital, and no vacancy in ongoing work.
For press and radio units, for now, maintain the current status quo; urgently coordinate with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee to complete the Project to arrange, streamline, strengthen, perform, and be effective the press system of Ho Chi Minh City. In which, research and arrange some newspapers and magazines in the direction of becoming supplements and publications of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper.
From now until before the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, develop a Project to arrange and restructure public service units and enterprises in each field and each type, change the operating status of the units, and ensure maximum utilization of resources in the new period.
