Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that in the new development period, the task of the industry is to build an advanced Vietnamese culture, imbued with national identity, associated with improving the happiness index of the people, which is the path to bring Lao Cai to green, harmonious, unique and happy development, becoming a new growth pole, an economic-cultural connection center of the whole region.
It is necessary to continue to pay strong attention to developing cultural industries suitable for the locality, study and issue a Decision on approving the project on developing cultural industries until 2030; establish a Center for Cultural Industry Development as a creative startup center, incubating creativity, promoting the development of the cultural market, types of cultural services, promoting the image of the country, Vietnamese people in general and Lao Cai in particular to international friends.

Increase investment in the system of cultural and sports institutions from the province to the grassroots level.
