Summary of the Economic Development Cooperation Agreement

On September 27, in Ho Chi Minh City, there will be a conference to review the implementation of the Socio -Economic Development Cooperation Agreement between Ho Chi Minh City and a number of localities in the North and North Central regions for the period 2023 - 2024, and the Implementation Plan for the period 2024 - 2025.

Ho Chi Minh City and 9 northern and north central provinces have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation for the 2023-2025 period.

This is a program to review the Socio-Economic Development Cooperation Agreements between Ho Chi Minh City and a number of localities in the North and North Central regions until 2025, signed between the localities on March 25, 2023; at the same time, orient, build and unify the Socio-Economic Development Cooperation Plan between Ho Chi Minh City and a number of localities in the North and North Central regions for the period 2024 - 2025.

Delegates visited and learned about typical products of Thanh Hoa province at the event summarizing the cooperation program between Ho Chi Minh City and the Northern and North Central localities.

The conference was chaired by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, in coordination with the People's Committees of 9 provinces that signed the cooperation agreement in the North and North Central regions, including Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Nam, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien Hue.
