At the meeting, the Reception and Logistics Subcommittees; Security and Health Subcommittee; and Communications and Propaganda Subcommittee reported on the progress of the assigned tasks. Up to now, the subcommittees have developed detailed plans and assigned specific tasks to each department.

Head of the Reception and Logistics Subcommittee Nguyen Nhan Ban reported on the plan for arranging accommodation, meals, and transportation for guests at the conference.

The subcommittee coordinated with relevant units to prepare for a press conference about the event. The subcommittee also actively accelerated the progress of the program to honor outstanding businessmen and the art program.

“We plan to connect with 20 television stations from provinces and cities across the country to broadcast, in order to spread this event,” said Mr. Loc.

Deputy Director of Lam Dong Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center Nguyen Vinh Quang proposed content related to issuing invitations and gifts.

Regarding the Security and Health Subcommittee, the units have been assigned to confirm the locations where guests eat and stay to ensure health and food safety for guests. The security issue is also actively controlled and strictly ensured by the subcommittee before, during and after the conference.

On the side of the Reception and Logistics Subcommittee, based on the expected guest list, the subcommittee arranges accommodation and meals for Central guests, guests from other provinces, excellent students, and diplomatic corps. The unit signs specific contracts and estimates the budget with hotels to proactively find accommodation, avoiding passive situations. Regarding the work of issuing invitation letters, the subcommittee sets up a team to assign specific tasks to members to monitor and grasp information and schedules of guests, ensuring safety and thoughtfulness.

The Security and Health Subcommittee must control and inspect food safety at main parties and hotels where guests stay. The Subcommittee assigns and arranges medical staff to be on duty at conferences, dining and accommodation for guests. The security department in particular needs to be proactive and ensure the safety of picking up and dropping off guests, security at accommodation, at the main event, and at the music program. Traffic security needs to be focused on.

The Communications and Propaganda Subcommittee needs to budget for communications activities such as: Broadcasting reports, press communications before the event, video communications, etc.

Director of Lam Dong Department of Foreign Affairs Do Tan Suong spoke about the plan to receive international delegations.

The 2025 Investment Promotion Conference is expected to be held by Lam Dong for 2 days from October 11-12, 2025, at Lam Vien Square, Da Lat. With the theme Lam Dong - Investment Convergence, Development Creation, the conference is expected to have about 1,000 guests attending. Within the framework of the conference, there will be activities such as: Music and art performances combined with a program to honor outstanding entrepreneurs; Displaying planning maps and some projects calling for investment; Displaying and introducing commercial products and services of Lam Dong province's enterprises.
