Directly receive and process fire alarms, rescue situation reports 24/24 hours and are divided into shifts. The provincial police director, based on the actual situation of the force, decides to divide shifts to directly receive and process fire alarms, rescue situation reports, ensuring the principle that each shift at the department receiving and processing fire alarms, rescue situation reports must have at least 2 officers and soldiers.

The department receiving and processing information on fire alarms and rescue situations is located at: Provincial Police Command Information Center (if any); Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department; Regional Fire Fighting and Rescue Team, River Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team; other locations decided by competent authorities.

Fire alarms, rescue situation reports are received through the Call Center System from phone numbers 113, 114, 115; phone numbers of Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police units; Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue and Fire Alarm Transmission Database System; Fire Alarm Application; Direct Reporting by People; Other cases as prescribed by law.

Contents of fire alarms, rescue situation reports that need to be received: Full name, phone number or address of the person reporting the fire, rescue situation; address, time of discovery of the fire, accident, incident; type of fire, accident, incident; scale of the fire, accident, incident; number and condition of people trapped in the fire, accident, incident; risk of fire spreading and other information related to the fire, accident, incident.

In case of information about a fire, accident or incident that is not within the area assigned to perform fire fighting, rescue and salvage tasks, officers and soldiers on duty at the department receiving and processing information about fire alarms and rescue and salvage situations must immediately notify the unit assigned to perform fire fighting, rescue and salvage tasks in that area; report to the unit commander to mobilize forces and means to fight the fire, rescue and salvage if the distance from the place of fire, accident or incident to their unit is closer than the unit assigned to perform fire fighting, rescue and salvage tasks or be ready to participate in fire fighting, rescue and salvage when requested for support.

Officers and soldiers directly receiving and processing fire alarms, rescue situation reports are responsible for managing and proficiently using communication equipment, the database system on fire prevention, firefighting, rescue, and fire reporting; receiving and fully recording fire alarms, rescue situation reports in the Fire Alarm and Rescue Situation Information Receiving and Processing Book.
