Quang Nam establishes provincial architectural advisory council

The Vice Chairman of the Council is the Director of the Department of Construction. The Council also has members who are representatives of state management agencies related to architecture, including: Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Transport; Department of Planning and Investment; Department of Finance; Department of Energy and Technology Management (Department of Industry and Trade); Department of Planning and Measurement, Department of Land Management (Department of Natural Resources and Environment); Department of Planning Management (Department of Construction); Association of Architects of Quang Nam province; Chairman or Vice Chairman of the People's Committee at the district level in charge of the field (where there is an architectural work).

In addition, according to the architectural and landscape artistic values and historical and cultural values, the standing body of the Council will advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to consider inviting representatives of investment and financial sector management agencies; experts or members of professional associations (Quang Nam Provincial Association of Architects, Provincial Urban Planning and Development Association) to participate in the Council.

The Council is responsible for advising the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the field of architecture in general and the architecture of some important works and valuable architectural works in the province according to the provisions of law, the Law on Architecture and current national technical standards and regulations.
