The year 2025 has special significance as Vietnam and the Russian Federation celebrate the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations (1950-2025), the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War (1945-2025) and the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day (1945-2025). In this meaningful context, from August 26 to September 3, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism organized a program to introduce Vietnamese tourism and connect businesses in the Russian Federation in 2025.
Accordingly, the program to introduce Vietnamese tourism and connect businesses in 2025 is expected to take place on August 28 in Moscow and September 1 in Irkutsk, Russian Federation, to introduce and promote Vietnam's unique destinations, products and tourism services to travel partners and Russian tourists, promoting the exchange of tourists between Vietnam and Russia. This is also an activity to implement the 2025 Tourism Development Stimulus Program of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; contributing to the successful implementation of the industry's development targets assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister.
At the program, delegates and businesses will be informed about the tourism development situation, policies and mechanisms to facilitate Vietnam tourism, and at the same time introduce many attractive products.
Highlights include island resort tourism in Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Mui Ne; cultural and heritage tourism in Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An, My Son; and products that are popular with Russian tourists such as golf tourism, health care, sea sports, and culinary experiences.
The event is expected to attract hundreds of delegates representing leading corporations, travel businesses, airlines, press, media, and tourism management agencies at the central and local levels of the Russian Federation.

According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the core strength of Vietnam tourism lies in the harmonious combination of beautiful nature, warm tropical climate, competitive prices, diverse accommodation infrastructure and hospitable people.
Vietnam is not only an ideal “winter” destination with a long, safe and quality vacation for Russian tourists, but is also considered by many tourists as a “second home”, especially in localities with long-standing Russian communities such as Nha Trang and Mui Ne.
In the context of strong recovery of international tourism demand from Russia, Vietnam has all the conditions to affirm its position as the leading destination in Southeast Asia for the Russian tourist market, while contributing to promoting sustainable growth of the national tourism industry.
One of the highlights of the program is the Vietnam-Russia Business Meeting (B2B) activity, through which tourism businesses of the two countries are facilitated to connect, exchange directly, establish business relations, promote cooperation, build and exchange products suitable to the tastes of Russian tourists.
In addition, the program also brings Russian friends unique cultural experiences through traditional Vietnamese art performances, helping the Russian public better understand Vietnamese cultural identity, creating an unforgettable impression.
In the context of many important celebrations taking place in 2025, the program to introduce Vietnamese tourism in the Russian Federation is not only to promote products and expand business cooperation, but also a practical activity contributing to strengthening the traditional friendship and tightening the cooperative relationship between the people of the two countries. This is also an opportunity to affirm that Vietnam is a safe, friendly, and unique destination, continuing to rise to become one of the leading tourist centers in the region, attracting more and more Russian and international tourists to Vietnam.
