Not only that, the volume of newspapers and magazines sent to the Academy every day is not small. Meanwhile, the requirement of the Office leaders and the Academy's Board of Directors is that documents must be sent immediately to the base so that units can promptly research and study; therefore, even though it is after office hours, the Board's staff is still diligently checking and dividing documents.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Tuan, Head of the Information Department, told us: "To ensure convenience for the reception and research work of the units, the Information Department has trained and instructed staff on scientific and reasonable working methods. We have built regulations and procedures with clear terms and regulations on document management and distribution." Every day, after receiving documents, the staff in the Department clearly divides them into each type, complete in quantity, and contacts the units to transfer them immediately, without leaving them in storage, thus creating convenience for the units in receiving, researching, studying, and promptly serving theeducation and training work of the Academy.
With a large amount of work, while human resources are limited, in the process of performing tasks, the staff in the Department always adhere to the process. Accordingly, every day, hundreds of newspapers and magazines from the Central to the local level sent to the Academy are received and processed quickly, without errors or mistakes. For specialized books and documents, especially those related to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the Party's military guidelines... are always given priority to be supplemented and effectively circulated between units.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thuy Linh, Assistant to the Military Science Department, Academy of Politics , said: “Every day, we go to the Information Department to receive documents and newspapers. We find the working style of the Department very scientific and reasonable, so the reception of documents is always smooth and quick. The officers and employees are enthusiastic and responsible, so any problems and concerns in the issuance and management of documents are explained clearly and coherently...”.
With dedication, professionalism and constant efforts, the Information and Office Department (Academy of Politics) continues to affirm its important role in ensuring valuable resources, actively contributing to training results, building the Academy to be increasingly standardized, advanced, and exemplary; worthy of being the leading center for training and fostering political cadres and researching military social sciences and humanities of our Army.
