Implementing the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units in the spirit of the Central Resolution and the direction of Ha Giang province, Quyet Tien commune, Quan Ba district has actively promoted and mobilized to create consensus among the people, preparing the necessary conditions for the merger with Quan Ba commune and Tam Son town. The consensus of the people was clearly shown through the consultations, in which the majority of people agreed with the merger plan, expecting a more streamlined and effective government apparatus, and better people's lives. Along with that, the Party Committee and the government of Quyet Tien commune also proactively reviewed and prepared facilities, human resources and necessary conditions to ensure the merger process took place smoothly.

It is expected that after the merger, the new Quan Ba commune will be formed and the administrative center will be located in the current Tam Son town. Thus, the distance from the farthest village of Quyet Tien commune to the new administrative center is nearly 20km. Therefore, many people hope that investment in completing infrastructure will continue to receive attention.
The merger of communes is not only an administrative step, but also demonstrates the political determination and consensus of the entire political system with the people. Quyet Tien commune, together with Quan Ba commune and Tam Son town, are opening a new stage of development - where the people are both the subject and the driving force for change and development.
