Accordingly, the Public Administration Service Center of Phu Loi Ward has issued a notice on adjusting the time for receiving and handling administrative procedures to increase by 60 minutes per session, from Monday to Friday every week; that is, increasing the time for handling administrative procedures for people by 2 hours/day.
Specifically, the morning will start from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; the afternoon will start from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., applicable from July 24 to October 23, 2025.
Phu Loi Ward Secretary Thai Dang Khoa said that the increase of 2 hours/day of the ward's Public Administration Service Center aims to better serve the needs of organizations and individuals in performing administrative procedures, contributing to the effectiveness of administrative reform and improving the quality of public administration services for the people.
During the implementation process, the ward has thoroughly instructed civil servants and public employees to create the most favorable conditions for people; provide full, clear and accurate instructions on the dossier components; promote a sense of responsibility, communicate politely, and not cause trouble for people.
