
On the morning of September 6, the People's Committee of Le Chan Ward organized the dismantling of a part of the construction on the land area belonging to the Housing Management and Trading One Member Co., Ltd., within the scope of the Urban Renovation Construction Investment Project (apartment building combined with commercial and service center) at lot OTM2-1, N2-3, CX2-4, in block A2 in the detailed planning 1/2000 of Le Chan district (No. 150 To Hieu).
According to the People's Committee of Le Chan Ward, the urban beautification construction investment project at 150 To Hieu has a scale of 16,179.6 m2 , including 3 organizations with an area of 11,864.1 m2 ; 52 households with an area of 3,071.9 m2 ; 1,243.6 m2 of land managed by the People's Committee of the ward.
After the two-level local government model came into operation, the People's Committee of Le Chan Ward received the handover of the Project's documents and completed the payment of compensation and resettlement support for the Housing Management and Trading One Member Co., Ltd. Le Chan Ward coordinated with the Le Chan Area Project Management Board to develop a master plan for resettlement, expected to compensate and support 52 households with a total cost of about 341 billion VND.

According to Notice No. 466/TB-VP dated August 29, 2025 of the City People's Committee Office on the Conclusion of the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan at the field inspection and listening to the progress report on site clearance of the Projects being implemented in the wards: Le Chan, An Bien, Le Chan Ward People's Committee needs to urgently establish and approve the compensation, support and resettlement plan for all households in the Urban Renovation Investment Project at 150 To Hieu before September 10, 2025; propagate and mobilize households to hand over the site to implement the Project before September 15, 2025.
