
By the morning of August 24, in response to the Open Letter of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, there were 19 locations in Giang Vo ward with free drinking water; more than 30 restaurants, hotels, and houses were ready to create conditions for tourists to use the toilets for free and prepare 300 raincoats to distribute to the people.
Specifically, on Dao Tan Street from Alley 36 to Alley 92, the residential group has mobilized residents, restaurants, and banks to create conditions for tourists to use the restrooms for free and arranged 2 locations for free drinking water dispensers at Alleys 36 and 58 Dao Tan.
There are 4 houses offering free toilet use to tourists at 297, 299, 301, 329 Kim Ma street, and also sponsoring free drinking water bottles and 300 raincoats.
The shops on the 1st floor of D1 Giang Vo building and the 1st floor of D2 Giang Vo building provide free restrooms for visitors; 3 free water dispensers are arranged at 3 staircases on the 1st floor of D2 Giang Vo building.

There are 2 free water dispensers at the Kim Ma - Van Bao - Kim Ma Small intersection; 4 free water dispensers on Kim Ma Street (Kim Son Pagoda - Nguyen Trai Secondary School section).
The ward has mobilized tourists to use the toilet on the ground floor of apartment building 71 Nguyen Chi Thanh street for free; 3 locations have arranged free drinking water dispensers at numbers 65, 71, 79 Nguyen Chi Thanh street.
In addition, residential groups, organizations and individuals in the ward also provided material support to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Giang Vo ward to join hands to support people, tourists and functional forces to serve the activities of the Great Festival.

On August 24, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Giang Vo Ward continued to support about 2,000 meals and drinks for the ward's police and military forces on duty to ensure security and order for the second parade rehearsal and march in the area.
Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Giang Vo Ward, Tran Thi To Tam, said that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward is carrying out activities to give national flags and drinking water to people and tourists attending the rehearsal (August 30) and the official ceremony (September 2) in the form of socialization.

Speaking to Hanoi Moi Newspaper, Chairman of Giang Vo Ward People's Committee Co Nhu Dung said that, implementing the direction of Hanoi City People's Committee, the Ward People's Committee proposed 13 locations in the area to be ready to arrange land to serve as gathering places for vehicles of service forces and people attending the Grand Ceremony. At the same time, the ward also directed the forces to coordinate and provide guidance at the locations arranged as gathering places for vehicles.
