Dien Ban Dong Ward commends 53 typical advanced collectives and individuals in the period 2020

Dien Ban Dong Ward was established on the basis of merging 5 wards including Dien Ngoc, Dien Nam Dong, Dien Nam Trung, Dien Nam Bac and Dien Duong.

Over the past five years, Dien Ban Dong ward has effectively implemented many emulation movements such as "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; "All people unite to build a cultural life"; "Building a prosperous, equal, progressive and happy family"; and "Helping each other develop production".

Many groups and individuals have proactively developed plans and registered specific tasks, closely linked to professional tasks and daily work. This has contributed to forming a sense of self-awareness, a sense of responsibility, a simple lifestyle, honesty, and dedication to work. As a result, the quality of service to the people has been improved, working methods have been improved, and solidarity and unity within the unit have been strengthened. Thanks to these movements, many typical advanced examples, effective models and creative ways of doing things have been discovered and replicated, creating a strong motivation to excellently complete the set targets and tasks.

The effectiveness of emulation movements has contributed to the socio -economic development of the ward. The economy has shifted positively towards industry - trade, services - agriculture; urban infrastructure and social infrastructure systems have been invested in a spacious manner. By the end of 2024, the ward has achieved many outstanding achievements: 96.45% of households have achieved the title of cultural family; 34/34 blocks have achieved the title of cultural block, of which 23/34 blocks have achieved it continuously for 5 years and 19/34 blocks have achieved it continuously for 10 years or more. Policies for people with meritorious services and social security policies have also been concerned, ensured and resolved promptly. Specifically, in the period of 2020 - 2025, the ward has supported, guided and completed the dossiers to resolve the regime for a total of 2,319 cases.

During this period, the ward supported the construction and repair of 17 temporary and dilapidated houses with a total cost of 510 million VND. At the same time, 61 solidarity houses were also built, with a total amount of 2.34 billion VND. In addition, the ward also mobilized 6.205 billion VND from many sources to support 13,400 gifts for families in difficult circumstances.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Dien Ban Dong ward commended and rewarded 4 collectives and 49 individuals with outstanding achievements in the period 2020 - 2025.
