Binh Minh Ward: Presenting 200 gifts and bicycles to help students get to school

At the same time, the Organizing Committee presented 15 bicycles and 15 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances. The total value of the gifts was 130 million VND sponsored by Tan Ngoc Luc Company Limited.
