On July 18, the Tra Vinh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office under the Vinh Long Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch held a signing ceremony of a trust contract with 4 socio-political organizations (Farmers' Association, Women's Union, Veterans' Association, Youth Union) of 3 wards of Long Duc, Tra Vinh and Nguyet Hoa.
