Proactive disease prevention by biosecurity measures in livestock farming

In the last 6 months of 2025, Bao Loc will proactively and effectively strengthen the prevention and control of livestock and poultry diseases by applying biosafety measures, sanitation, disinfection and eradication of infectious disease pathogens. At the same time, actively propagate and guide 100% of large-scale farms, 90% of medium-scale farms and 80% of small-scale farms to apply biosafety measures.

In addition, organize vaccination of livestock and poultry according to plan, ensuring the vaccination rate reaches over 80% of the total vaccinated herd. Particularly for lumpy skin disease in cattle and buffalo and rabies, the vaccination rate reaches over 80% and 70% of the total vaccinated herd, respectively.
