Debt collection turnover was VND 73,992 million, accounting for 70.25% of loan turnover; credit quality continued to be guaranteed.

To date, the total outstanding balance of policy credit programs in the city has reached VND 540,327 million, an increase of VND 40,270 million compared to the beginning of the year. Of which, the outstanding balance from the central capital source is VND 477,276 million, an increase of VND 30,720 million, completing 60.12% of the growth plan; the outstanding balance from capital sources entrusted for investment in the locality is VND 63,051 million, an increase of VND 9,549 million, completing 99% of the growth plan. The average outstanding balance per customer is VND 82 million, an increase of VND 6 million; the average outstanding balance per commune and ward is VND 36,022 million, an increase of VND 2,685 million compared to the end of 2024.
