Speaking at the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hung Nam requested Phu Cu, Tien Lu, and An Thi districts to mobilize all resources, urgently complete the approval of compensation plans for residential land acquisition and clearance; complete legal procedures for resettlement areas to transfer to new communes before June 30. Localities should focus on propagating and mobilizing people to understand the purpose, meaning, and benefits of the projects, creating high consensus in handing over the site, creating favorable conditions for construction units; be flexible in mobilizing capital sources to pay and support money for households with residential land within the scope of land acquisition and clearance; investors should strengthen inspection, supervision, and ensure the quality of the projects.
