Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan emphasized the need to carefully prepare factors to prevent cheating in exams.

In Bao Loc City, according to the plan, the 2025 High School Graduation Exam will take place at 5 testing locations: Bao Loc High School, Nguyen Du High School, Nguyen Tri Phuong High School, Loc Thanh High School and Hung Vuong Middle School. Of which, the Loc Thanh High School testing location alone has 629 candidates, arranged in 27 official testing rooms, along with 2 backup rooms.

To support candidates and ensure the exam runs effectively, Bao Loc City Youth Union has established "Exam Support" teams at all 5 exam locations, and at the same time established mobile teams ready to handle arising situations, ensuring timely response to incidents related to health, vehicles, documents and other urgent issues.

Volunteers will assist candidates in searching for information, distributing drinking water, cakes, and study materials, assisting in traffic control and maintaining order at the exam site. At the same time, they will coordinate with the authorities to ensure fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, and disease prevention propaganda, ensuring a safe, serious, and effective exam season.

In addition, the program pays special attention to supporting candidates in difficult circumstances, ethnic minority students, and students in remote areas, ensuring that all candidates have the opportunity to enter the exam with the best conditions.

In Bao Lam district, a total of 1,193 candidates registered for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. Candidates will be arranged at 3 official examination sites: Bao Lam High School, Loc Thanh High School and Loc An High School. In addition, the district also arranged 1 additional backup examination site at Tran Phu Secondary School to promptly handle arising situations, ensuring that they are not passive in all conditions. The total number of examination rooms arranged is 51 official examination rooms and 9 backup examination rooms, qualified to serve all candidates, including 6 independent candidates.

Notably, this year in the district there are still many students in difficult circumstances who need support. Based on the actual review, the district has proposed support for a total of 121 students. Of which, the District Association for Promotion of Education plans to mobilize and support 65 students, the rest of the district People's Committee is requested to consider directing relevant departments and offices to coordinate in mobilizing more social resources to promptly support them, not allowing any student to drop out of the exam due to lack of economic conditions.

Along with professional work, functional units such as the District Health Center, Commune Police, District Youth Union, People's Committees of communes and towns... have also been assigned specific tasks to coordinate in organizing the exam safely and effectively. The forces will focus on ensuring environmental hygiene, food safety, security and order in the exam areas; at the same time, deploying activities to support the exam season, supporting transportation, accommodation, and meals for students in remote areas, disadvantaged students, contributing to creating the most favorable conditions for them to confidently enter the exam with the best mindset.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan requested relevant departments and units to continue to carefully review the conditions for organizing the exam, not allowing even the smallest error to occur.

After the inspection, Comrade Dinh Van Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the active preparation of the Departments of Education and Training, high schools, and mass organizations in accompanying students throughout the past time as well as in the upcoming exam. At the same time, he emphasized: The High School Graduation Exam is an important exam, a major turning point opening up learning and career opportunities for students. Therefore, organizing a successful exam is not only the task of the Education sector, but also the common responsibility of the entire political system, of each locality and each family.

He requested relevant sectors and units to continue to carefully review the conditions for organizing the exam, not allowing even the smallest errors to occur. Along with that, special attention should be paid to supporting candidates, especially those in remote areas, poor households, near-poor households or those in difficult circumstances. In addition to professional work, localities and functional forces need to proactively ensure security and order, traffic safety, food hygiene and safety and disease prevention at all exam sites. Each sector and each department must have a specific plan, coordinate smoothly, and not be passive in any situation.
