
On the Lam Dong side, there were comrades: Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong Province Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council Tran Hong Thai and representatives of departments and branches of the province.

In a general report to the working delegation, Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam said that the Party Committee, government and people of Lam Dong always identify the work of caring for families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions as a political responsibility, a moral and sacred sentiment.

Lam Dong province has implemented many practical policies such as housing support, health care, job creation, life support and other preferential policies. The movements of "Repaying gratitude" and "Drinking water, remembering its source" are increasingly widespread, mobilizing the participation of the whole society.
In particular, Lam Dong province has supported the construction and repair of new houses for families with revolutionary contributions in the entire Lam Dong province; timely and fully paid the regimes and policies for people with revolutionary contributions who receive monthly allowances; organized visits and gave gifts on holidays and Tet; and implemented nursing care for people with revolutionary contributions...

Acknowledging the results, programs and practical policies implemented by Lam Dong province, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh affirmed that war invalids, martyrs, heroic Vietnamese mothers and people with meritorious services are noble symbols of revolutionary heroism, shining examples of patriotism, indomitable spirit and resilient will of the Vietnamese people.
With responsibility, deep affection and gratitude, the Party, State and People always respect and remember the great contributions of people with revolutionary contributions and policy families.

Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh hopes that policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in Lam Dong province will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, actively participate in economic development, legitimately enrich themselves, build cultural families, and new lives in residential areas, making practical contributions to the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas, maintaining security and order, and actively participating in the effective implementation of the two-level local government model.

In the coming time, Lam Dong province will continue to thoroughly grasp resolutions, directives and ordinances related to people with meritorious services; ensure a living standard of average or above for people with meritorious services and their families; coordinate in searching, gathering and identifying martyrs' remains; mobilize social resources to carry out the movement "Repaying gratitude"; strengthen education on patriotic traditions for the younger generation; spread the spirit of gratitude and responsibility.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the National Assembly, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, sent greetings and presented gifts to 100 policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in Lam Dong province.

On behalf of 100 meritorious people, families of policy beneficiaries, and war invalids, Phan Xuan Khanh sent his thanks to the working delegation of the National Assembly and Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.

Lam Dong province has over 21,000 martyrs, over 11,000 wounded soldiers, over 5,300 sick soldiers; 2,460 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers (17 mothers are still alive); over 4,500 veteran revolutionary cadres, pre-uprising cadres; and over 40,500 resistance fighters.

According to the Department of Home Affairs of Lam Dong province, 100% of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers are well taken care of; all communes, wards and special zones do a good job in supporting people with meritorious services.
On the occasion of July 27 this year, the whole province awarded more than 16,000 gifts with a total cost of over 10.6 billion VND (of which the provincial budget supported more than 5.7 billion VND).
