DNO - On July 23, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh visited, presented gifts and expressed gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Hoa Tien commune on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

Visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Thin (102 years old, Phu Son 3 village, Hoa Tien commune), Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh expressed his joy that Mother Thin is healthy, clear-minded, and living with her youngest son's family in a newly renovated house in 2024, with funding from the city and local authorities to repair the house. At the same time, he wished her continued good health, witnessing the homeland and country developing strongly.

Visiting the heroic Vietnamese mother Dang Thi Thanh (103 years old, La Bong village, Hoa Tien commune), the Vice Chairman of the City People's Council warmly greeted and expressed gratitude to her. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Tien commune to continue to pay special attention to the heroic Vietnamese mothers and take care of families with preferential policies, families of war invalids, martyrs, and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the area.
