Approval of investor selection results for Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Construction Project

(LĐ online) - On June 22, the Lam Dong Provincial Traffic Project Management Board announced that the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Hong Thai, has just approved the results of selecting investors for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Construction Project under the public-private partnership (PPP) form, phase 1.

The consortium of T&T Transport Infrastructure Investment and Development Company Limited - Phuong Trang Group Investment Joint Stock Company - FUTA GROUP - Phuong Thanh Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company is the winning investor.

The total winning bid value of the project is VND 11,923,836,100,000 (eleven thousand nine hundred twenty-three billion, eight hundred thirty-six million, one hundred thousand dong), including interest and excluding costs of sub-projects for site clearance using State capital.

The construction time of the project and infrastructure system is expected to be 30 months, the operation and business time is 19 years and 10 months. The investment form is PPP, the type of contract is build - operate - transfer (BOT).

The Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway project has a total length of about 73.62 km. The starting point is at Km 126 + 484.93 in Loc Phat ward, Bao Loc city, coinciding with the end point of the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway (Km 125 + 675); the end point is at Km 200 + 100, intersecting with the Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway (Km 208 + 650) in Hiep Thanh commune, Duc Trong district.
