Sharing with CAND Newspaper reporters about this performance, People's Artist Quoc Hung, Director of the Vietnam National Academy of Music, revealed that in terms of music alone, there are 80 artists, including 20 main singers. This is a medley performance, with many colors and many voices in many different music genres. Regarding chamber classical, there are People's Artist Quoc Hung, Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan, Meritorious Artist Phuong Nga, singer Thu Hang, the rest are singers of young music, including many faces who are very popular today and most of them are students of teachers at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.

People's Artist Quoc Hung also said that this is the second time this year that the male artist has had the honor of performing in the country's grand celebration. The first time was in Ho Chi Minh City, during the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (A50). Here, People's Artist Quoc Hung and People's Artist Ta Minh Tam had the honor of singing the opening and the entire medley of "The Country Full of Joy" and "The Color of Red Flowers". This time, because it is a medley performance, each artist can only perform 1-2 solos, the rest will all harmonize in the choruses. According to the male artist, this is a very clever combination of the Organizing Committee and the arranger to have many artists participate in the program.

“Performing at such important events is a great fortune and honor for artists. Currently, artists are all looking forward to performing and appearing at this wonderful moment of the country,” People’s Artist Quoc Hung expressed.
Musician Luu Quang Minh also said that, under the direction of the General Director - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong, the members of the production team had to choose works that represent the country's history, stories associated with important milestones of the country such as the time when Uncle Ho read the Declaration of Independence in 1945. After much consideration, everyone agreed to choose 4 songs, including: Proud Melody; Shining Prosperous Vietnam; A concert of 54 ethnic groups; Vietnam Stepping Together to Glory; Vietnam in Me.
"Because the requirement was that the performance was only 15 minutes long and in the spirit of the medley and the idea of the General Director, everyone wanted to make a very special performance, with many artists participating in singing. Not only singers but also artists, athletes, and typical faces who have contributed a lot to the development of the country in recent years. Therefore, in this performance, there are works like "Proud Melody", the musician only chose the most important "key" sentence", said musician Luu Quang Minh.
It is known that the art part of the ceremony was performed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security and related units and agencies. In the art performance, in addition to the above chamber singers, there were also many popular singers today such as My Tam, Tung Duong, Hoa Minzy, Phuong My Chi, Erik...
Also at the end of the ceremony, the Drum Art Troupe of the People's Police Academy will have a particularly spectacular performance. Lieutenant Colonel, Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Van Thinh, Head of the Political Department, People's Police Academy revealed that the performance is called "Non Song Festival Drum". Notably, in this performance, there are more than 2,000 people who are students of the Academy. The performance uses 10 of the largest drums in Vietnam and 8 dragons, 8 unicorns - symbolizing the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.
"Although the performance duration of the festival drum performance is only 6 minutes, with a large number of participants, teachers and students of the People's Police Academy had to make efforts to "overcome the sun and rain", actively practicing continuously for a long time. After successful preliminary and final rehearsals, the Festival Drum Art Troupe is now ready for the official performance to bring the most impressive moments at the grand ceremony", said Lieutenant Colonel, Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Van Thinh.
