The total mobilized investment capital for development in the area reached more than 440 billion VND. The material and spiritual life of the people was improved; the poverty rate decreased to 1.56%, the average income per capita reached 77 million VND/year.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Tong Phuoc Truong requested the Vinh Hoa Hung Commune Party Committee to continue to promote the building and rectification of a clean and strong Party in all aspects; a "streamlined - compact - strong - effective - efficient - effective" political system, serving the people; regularly innovate working style and methods towards science , efficiency, and closeness to the people.

Comrade Tong Phuoc Truong suggested that immediately after the Vinh Hoa Hung Commune Party Congress, the Party Committee should continue to review, evaluate, arrange, and perfect personnel to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; proactively develop working regulations; implement the action program to implement the congress resolution; have a plan to deploy, thoroughly grasp, and widely propagate the resolution among cadres, party members, and people, and soon put the resolution into life.

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint 23 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Vinh Hoa Hung Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030; appointing 7 comrades to the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee. Comrade Duong Kim Hon was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
