On the afternoon of February 5, the Party Delegation of the People's Council of Da Nang City announced the assignment of responsibilities for the Party Delegation of the People's Council of the City.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee has agreed to assign Mr. Tran Phuoc Son, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Delegation, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Council, to be in charge of the Da Nang City People's Council Party Delegation until the position of Secretary of the City People's Council Party Delegation is completed.

In addition, Mr. Tran Phuoc Son was also assigned by the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee to be in charge of the Da Nang City People's Council until the position of Chairman of the City People's Council is completed.

Mr. Tran Phuoc Son (52 years old), hometown Duy Chau commune, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam , has a Master's degree in Development Economics and graduated from University majoring in Economic Management.

Mr. Tran Phuoc Son and Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council of Da Nang City, co-chaired the meeting.

Before becoming the Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City, Mr. Son was Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City, and Secretary of the Lien Chieu District Party Committee.

Previously, on the morning of the same day, at the 16th session, the 10th term Da Nang City People's Council (term 2021-2026) dismissed the position of Chairman of the City People's Council and dismissed Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet from being a City People's Council delegate.

Previously, on January 24, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.
