Nong Son fined 245 cases of road traffic safety violations | QUANG NAM ONLINE NEWSPAPER

(QNO) - On July 13, Nong Son District Police held a conference to review police work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2023.

Over the past six months, Nong Son District Police have closely followed political tasks, performed well in staff work, coordinated and deployed all aspects of work resolutely, synchronously and effectively. The work of on-duty, combat duty, leadership duty, command, and information reporting regime has been carried out seriously and promptly.

The rate of investigation and discovery of cases reached 100%. The district police discovered 12 violations with 14 subjects in the fields of economics , corruption, and positions; handled 20 reports and denunciations of crimes, and arrested 1 wanted subject. The rate of receiving citizen identification documents reached 100%; the rate of receiving electronic identification accounts exceeded the assigned target; and 1,085 records were received on the public service portal.

The district police established 6 inter-family fire safety teams. Through patrolling and controlling road traffic safety, 245 violations were detected and recorded with a total fine of more than 370 million VND.

At the conference, 4 individuals and 12 collectives were commended and rewarded by the Provincial Police Director for their outstanding achievements in peak emulation periods and performance of tasks in the first 6 months of 2023.
