Many scholarships given to students of Thuong Duc commune

DNO - The Women's Union of Thuong Duc commune has just coordinated with the Maple Leaf Scholarship Fund to organize the program "Support to go to school" for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

The Maple Leaf Scholarship Fund is sponsored by the family of Mr. Pham The Thu and Mrs. Ngo Thi Tinh Hai (Tan An village, Thuong Duc commune), implementing the program "Maple Leaf Scholarship - Continuing the future" in the locality.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the Women's Union of Thuong Duc commune coordinated with the Maple Leaf Scholarship Fund to award a scholarship worth nearly 10 million VND to support 100% of the university tuition fee at the beginning of the year to student Le Thi Thanh Nhung (Tinh Dong Tay village, Thuong Duc commune).

In addition, the program offers 7 scholarships (1 million VND/scholarship) to disadvantaged students in the locality.

From 2021 to present, the program "Maple Leaf Scholarship - Continuing the future" has helped 4 disadvantaged students realize their dreams of going to university with a total support amount of nearly 100 million VND.
