Specifically, on August 24, 2025 - the second joint training session of the parade force, marching to celebrate the A 80th anniversary, from 5:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Hanoi Metro safely transported nearly 200,000 passengers on the entire route, of which: Line 2A Cat Linh - Ha Dong served more than 146,000 passengers (setting a new record in output); Line 3.1 Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station served more than 50,000 passengers. Compared to August 21, 2025 - the first joint training session, the number of passengers increased significantly. Of which, Line 2A Cat Linh - Ha Dong increased by more than 36,000 passengers, equivalent to 32.8%. Line 3.1 Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station increased by more than 20,000 passengers, equivalent to 66.9%.
To meet the sudden increase in travel demand, Hanoi Metro has proactively increased train frequency, extended operating hours, and organized passenger flow at key stations. The Company's Board of Directors was also present at the scene to direct and coordinate with all officers and employees, ensuring safe, smooth and civilized service.

At the same time, aiming at the safety and best experience of passengers when using the train during the days of A80 events, Hanoi Metro recommends that passengers: Buy tickets for both departure and return trips at the same time to save time and avoid having to queue multiple times. Comply with the instructions of the station staff, especially when queuing at the ticket counter, queuing on the platform and boarding the train, absolutely do not jostle or push, causing unsafety for yourself and those around you.
Regarding personal hygiene: Passengers should proactively use the restroom immediately after getting off the train before leaving the ticket gate due to the limited number of public restrooms around the station. For Line 3.1, there are restrooms inside the station and public restrooms around the station (for Cau Giay station, passengers can consider the restroom at the University of Transport). The company also notes that after leaving the ticket gate, passengers will not be able to return to the station area.
In addition, Hanoi Metro leaders also advised people to regularly follow Hanoi Metro's official Fanpage to grasp the situation at the stations and choose a reasonable train time, especially the time frames before, during and after the event. From August 30 to September 2, passengers taking the elevated train will be free.
