Northern temperatures rise

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that on June 28, scattered thunderstorms will only continue in the North in the early morning, then the weather will clear up. The area will record temperatures rising above 34 degrees Celsius, making it hot again.

On the last day of the National High School Graduation Exam, the weather in all regions of the country is relatively favorable. In the Central Highlands and the South, there is a risk of thunderstorms, but concentrated in the late afternoon.

In the North, temperatures are forecast to rise this weekend. Heat waves are likely to return to the region from June 28, when Hanoi and the provinces and cities in the Northern Delta record temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius.

From June 30, the North may enter a new widespread heat wave, lasting through the first days of July.

Weather forecast for June 28 in regions across the country:

- Hanoi: At night and morning there will be showers and thunderstorms, sunny during the day. Lowest temperature 25-27 degrees Celsius, highest 33-35 degrees Celsius.

- Northwest: Scattered thunderstorms at night and early morning, sunny during the day, hot in some places. Lowest temperature 24-27 degrees Celsius; highest 31-34 degrees Celsius.

- Northeast: Scattered thunderstorms at night and early morning, sunny during the day, hot in some places. Lowest temperature 24-27 degrees Celsius; highest 32-35 degrees Celsius.

- From Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue: In the evening and at night, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places, sunny during the day, and hot in some places. Lowest temperature 25-28 degrees Celsius; highest 33-36 degrees Celsius.

- From Da Nang to Binh Thuan : Scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night, sunny during the day, hot in some places. Lowest temperature 25-28 degrees Celsius; highest 32-35 degrees Celsius.

- Central Highlands: Showers and thunderstorms in some places, scattered thunderstorms in the evening, locally heavy rain. Lowest temperature 20-23 degrees Celsius; highest 29-32 degrees Celsius.

- Southern region: Showers and thunderstorms in some places, scattered thunderstorms in the evening, locally heavy rain. Lowest temperature 24-27 degrees Celsius; highest 31-34 degrees Celsius.
