Second Vietnamese designer to promote fashion at London Fashion Week

Recently, many Vietnamese designers have had the opportunity to promote fashion at prestigious fashion weeks around the world.

Within the framework of London Fashion Week taking place in September 2024, designers Tran Hung and Diep Yen were honored to present their latest designs.

More Vietnamese designers to come to London Fashion Week

Designer Tran Hung is no stranger to fashion enthusiasts at London Fashion Week . Because he has introduced 12 collections at this fashion week in the past 4 years.

Each collection has its own mark, but the common denominator is the orientation towards environmentally friendly materials, contributing to environmental protection.

Tran Hung is the first Vietnamese designer to appear at London Fashion Week as a member. He has been with the British Fashion Council for 5 years.

2024 marks the second Vietnamese designer to come to London Fashion Week , designer Diep Yen - a close friend of Tran Hung.

Information introducing the new collection of Tran Hung and Diep Yen appeared on the official schedule of London Fashion Week .

"With the ambition to bring Vietnamese fashion to the world , I decided to collaborate with designer Diep Yen to create a new design to be presented at London Fashion Week Spring Summer 2025. This is the first time we have tried together" - Tran Hung shared.

Design inspired by orchids and camellias

Diep Yen's designs are loved by many people for their luxurious style and unique personality.

Many international stars favor designer Diep Yen's clothes such as Ly Tham, Quan Hieu Dong, Chung Han Dong, Nushrratt Bharuccha...

Domestic artists Thanh Hang, Chi Pu, Van Mai Huong... accompanied Diep Yen.

"Having studied fashion in the UK, I always wished to return here to work in fashion and participate in London Fashion Week . This wish came true when designer Tran Hung offered to accompany and bring Montsand to London Fashion Week " - Diep Yen shared.

Talking about the new design, Tran Hung said the collection has 40 designs for men and women, inspired by orchids and camellias.

He used silk fabric as the main material with natural tones. The highlight is the interwoven orchid and camellia motifs, completely hand-processed with the technique of fabric patchwork.

The collection will be shown at 7pm on September 13 in London (UK).
