On July 18, Khang Dien House will close the list of shareholders to pay 2024 dividends at a rate of 10% in shares, corresponding to shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 10 new shares.
With 1,011.14 million outstanding shares, it is estimated that Khang Dien House can issue an additional 101.1 million shares to pay dividends in 2024.
In terms of business activities, in the first quarter of 2025, the company recorded consolidated net revenue of VND 709.9 billion, an increase of 112.6% over the same period last year. Profit after tax reached VND 118.67 billion, an increase of 85.5%. With this result, the company has completed about 11.9% of the annual profit plan.
According to the 2025 business plan, Khang Dien targets net revenue of VND3,800 billion, up nearly 16% compared to last year. Profit after tax is expected to reach VND1,000 billion, up 23.5%. The company also maintains a dividend policy of 10% this year, continuing to pay dividends in shares instead of cash.
Total assets by the end of the first quarter of 2025 reached about VND 30,200 billion. Of which, inventories accounted for nearly VND 22,400 billion, mainly construction costs in progress and land for development. Liabilities were VND 10,634 billion, down slightly by 6% compared to the end of 2024. The ratio of long-term debt accounted for the majority of total debt, showing that the company still maintained a stable financial structure.
Notably, in 2025, Khang Dien House said it will complete construction and launch two projects of 6 hectares (trade name Emeria) and 5.8 hectares (trade name Clarita) in Binh Trung Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City when it meets the prescribed conditions and the market is waiting for the enterprise to open for sale two projects in cooperation with Keppel Group.
Two housing projects of 6 hectares and 5.8 hectares in Binh Trung Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City in cooperation with Keppel Group (Singapore) will be the main product supply for Khang Dien House in 2025. In particular, the two housing projects include more than 200 townhouses and villas and about 600 apartments and Khang Dien House plans to complete the procedures according to regulations to be eligible to open for sale in 2025.
