12 teams won tickets to the Final Round of the National U17 Tournament 2025

VHO - After more than three weeks of exciting competition with 10 qualifying matches, the 2025 National U17 Football Championship has officially determined the 12 excellent teams that have qualified to participate in the Final Round, taking place from September 14 to September 26 in Ba Ria - Ho Chi Minh City.

The tournament has determined 12 teams for the final round.

This is an important playground, gathering the best young talents, promising to create dramatic and attractive competitions.

In Group A, The Cong Viettel beat Hue 2-1 to maintain the top spot with 19 points. The 1-1 draw between Cong An Ha Noi and Ha Noi helped the capital team finish second in the group (14 points), while Cong An Ha Noi ranked third with 12 points.

In Group B, PVF-CAND and SLNA created a fierce race. Despite unexpectedly losing 0-3 to Nam Dinh Blue Steel, PVF-CAND still won the top spot in the group with 24 points, ahead of SLNA (21 points), the team that beat Hai Phong 1-0. Dong A Thanh Hoa closed the qualifying round with a resounding 8-2 victory over Luxury Ha Long.

Group C recorded the mark of Ho Chi Minh City with a 4-2 victory overSHB Da Nang, while Gia Lai and LPBank HAGL drew 3-3. This result helped LPBank HAGL (15 points) maintain the top position in the group, SHB Da Nang (13 points) ranked second, and Ho Chi Minh City (12 points) ranked third.

In Group D, Ho Chi Minh City Football Club affirmed its strength when it defeated Dong Nai 4-1, ending the qualifying round with 22 points. An Giang (17 points) tied Vinh Long 1-1 to maintain second place, while Becamex Ho Chi Minh City beat Tay Ninh 2-1, finishing in third place with 14 points.

At the end of the qualifying round, 8 direct tickets belonged to the 4 group winners: The Cong Viettel (A), PVF-CAND (B), LPBank HAGL (C), Ho Chi Minh City Football Club (D - also the host of the final round), along with 4 second-place teams: Hanoi (A), SLNA (B), SHB Da Nang (C) and An Giang (D). The three third-place teams with the best results were Cong An Ha Noi (A), Thep Xanh Nam Dinh (B) and Ho Chi Minh City (C). Because Ho Chi Minh City Football Club already had tickets with the same results, the special host ticket was transferred to the remaining third-place team, Becamex Ho Chi Minh City (D).

The final round of the National U17 Football Championship - Thai Son Nam Cup 2025 will take place from September 14 to September 26 in Ba Ria - Ho Chi Minh City, where top young talents promise to bring eye-catching matches, contributing to affirming the strength of the Vietnamese youth football training system.
