AI application training conference to improve work efficiency

On the morning of September 9, 2025, the Central Party Office organized an online training conference on “Application of Artificial Intelligence”, connecting online bridges at Party agencies nationwide. The program was implemented according to the plan of the Central Party Office and the directive document of the Government Party Committee, aiming to equip knowledge and skills in applying AI to cadres and party members throughout the system, in line with the orientation of digital transformation in party work and professional tasks.

Conference Overview

At the headquarters of the Corporation, the conference was attended by members of the Standing Committee, members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Corporation; secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Party Committees and grassroots Party cells working at the headquarters; leaders of the staff of the Party Committee of the Corporation. Also attending the conference were Party Committees, grassroots Party cells and all cadres and Party members throughout the system.

The program systematizes core knowledge about artificial intelligence associated with goals, output standards and assessment methods; at the same time, introduces and compares popular tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, NotionAI, Canva AI, helping learners clearly visualize the "tool map" serving needs from language processing, design to knowledge organization.

The practical content block is designed according to work situations: synthesizing and analyzing multi-source documents using AI; building reports, making plans; simulating the process of collecting opinions from multiple departments on the same topic. This organization turns “AI techniques” into “operational processes”, useful for tasks at VIMC such as compiling advisory reports, preparing plans, synthesizing data, citing evidence and improving the quality of communication and external documents.

In addition to skills, the program strongly emphasizes standards of use: ethics, legality, personal responsibility; requirements for data security, source authentication, and compliance with regulations when producing reports using AI tools. Setting up this “technocratic barrier” helps VIMC cadres and party members use AI for the right purposes, avoid dependence, and at the same time control the risk of information distortion in official documents.

Overall, the conference not only provided a “toolbox” but also introduced new working methods: turning work requirements into standard prompts; breaking down tasks so that AI can support each step; checking – proofreading – sourcing; standardizing output into reusable report/plan templates. It is expected that after the training course, the VIMC team will shorten document processing time, improve the quality of executive advice, increase consistency in document drafting, and expand the application of AI in data analysis, publication design, and knowledge organization for production and business.
