The program was attended by Mr. Ngo Hai Phan - Director of the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography, Central Party Office; Mr. Mai Xuan Thanh - Director of the Tax Department and leaders of Ministries, branches and local Taxes. MISA representatives included Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors Dinh Thi Thuy, General Director Le Hong Quang and leaders of MISA Solution Divisions.
With 80 years of development, the Tax sector is a pioneer in digital transformation, applying many technologies to support management and serve taxpayers. At the MISA booth, leaders directly listened to the General Director of MISA introduce the MISA AMIS Unified Enterprise Management Platform. The platform is highly appreciated and expected to continue to make strong contributions to the digital transformation process of the Tax sector in the new period.
The MISA AMIS unified enterprise management platform is designed as an "enterprise operating system", fully meeting business activities from individuals, business households to enterprises and corporations. Data is continuously inherited, without the need to change the system, only adding operations when expanding. MISA AMIS is designed according to the characteristics of each field and scale, and at the same time connects with essential services such as banking, tax, social insurance, e-commerce, recruitment, transportation... to help converge data and open up opportunities to access loans. Accordingly, the MISA Lending platform integrated on MISA AMIS has connected with banks to disburse nearly 30,000 billion VND to small and micro enterprises, contributing to unblocking the flow of development capital. MISA AMIS also integrates AI Agent to automate data entry, control, report analysis, forecasting and smart suggestions, helping to reduce administrative burden. Currently, more than 300,000 businesses, 50,000 business households and 3.5 million individuals are using solutions developed by MISA.
Within the framework of the Fair, at the Seminar "Digital transformation solutions to support businesses and business households according to Resolution 68-NQ/TW", MISA General Director Le Hong Quang said: "MISA has researched and developed MISA AMIS as a "tailor-made" digital transformation platform for each group of small businesses and business households, helping them easily comply with tax and financial regulations, while developing activities in the spirit of Resolution 68 of the Politburo ".
MISA also proposed to build a deeply connected ecosystem between finance and business, in which the 3-party combination model: Tax - Bank - Technology Enterprise is considered a special highlight. This model not only helps banks assess credit accurately and save costs, but also creates conditions for tax authorities to manage transparently, encourage compliance, thereby expanding access to loans for business households and improving competitiveness.
Attending the event as a pioneer in developing and providing digital solutions, MISA left a strong impression on the leaders of the Tax Department, Ministries, branches, localities and invited delegates. MISA was also awarded by the Director of the Tax Department for its practical contributions at the Digital Transformation Fair to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Tax Industry's tradition. MISA is committed to continuing to focus on investing in innovation and creativity to accompany the Tax Department in realizing the goal of building a modern tax administration that is friendly to people and businesses.
