This is a large-scale annual cultural event, gathering dozens of international art troupes living, studying and working in Japan. The event is an opportunity for international communities to exchange and promote national cultural identity through performing arts, while spreading the message of solidarity, friendship and aspiration for a peaceful world.
This is also the 10th consecutive year that the Kansai Vietnamese Association has participated in the program, leaving a deep impression with performances imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity, including Ao Dai, folk songs, folk dances and beautiful images of the homeland of Vietnam.

Sharing about the event, Ms. Le Thuong - President of the Vietnamese Association in Kansai region said: "Participating in the program is not only a cultural and artistic activity, but also a responsibility and pride of the Vietnamese community in Japan. Every year, we strive to prepare performances to spread the message of a peaceful, hospitable Vietnam, and deeply integrated with the world ."
The event attracted the attention of a large audience of Japanese people, the international community and friends who love Vietnamese culture. In particular, the young generation of Vietnamese people born and raised in Japan were also encouraged to participate in the performance, helping them preserve the Vietnamese language and stay connected to their cultural roots.

Continuing the spirit of solidarity, spreading cultural values and promoting the role of the young generation, on August 9, 2025 in Osaka, the first Vietnam-Japan Youth Forum will be solemnly held. The forum is co-organized by the General Association of Vietnamese in the Kansai region and the Vietnamese Youth and Student Association in Kansai, under the auspices of the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka and the Vietnam Youth Union.
The event is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). The forum will be a space for exchange and connection between Vietnamese and Japanese youth, arousing patriotism and a return to their roots, while proposing initiatives to strengthen educational cooperation, preserve the Vietnamese language and spread Vietnamese culture among the young generation of overseas Vietnamese.
