Through the festival, the development of organic agricultural products is encouraged, aiming to develop green tourism and sustainable tourism, associated with indigenous cultural values.

On this occasion, the locality will also organize a ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition of Cam Nam sticky corn as a traditional profession of the province.
