Eximbank plans to move its headquarters to 27-29 Ly Thai To, Hanoi.

Specifically, Eximbank will move its headquarters from its current location on the 8th floor, office number L8-01-11+16, Vincom Center Building, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to its planned location at 27-29 Ly Thai To, Ly Thai To Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

The State Bank's approval document for this headquarters transfer is valid for 12 months from the date of signing.

Previously, at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Eximbank leaders said the bank would change its headquarters location after receiving approval and implementation permission from competent authorities.

At the same time, Eximbank will develop a plan to assign and arrange personnel reasonably, in accordance with operational needs and development strategies in the coming period.

Depending on the nature of the work of each position, there will be staff working directly in Hanoi. However, there may also be cases where staff are arranged to work from Ho Chi Minh City or work remotely if it is suitable for the task requirements.

In addition, Eximbank will organize meetings and dialogues to listen to the thoughts, aspirations and suggestions of staff.

On that basis, the bank will develop a harmonious human resource arrangement plan, ensuring operational efficiency while meeting the rights, working conditions and legitimate desires of employees.
