Da Nang Downtown is located in a prime location on the "diamond" land along the Han River (between Tran Thi Ly Bridge and Tien Son Bridge).

The north of the project borders the restaurant area Nam Cau Tran Thi Ly, Dao Xanh villa area. The south borders the urban area project south of Asia Park and the complex urban area Halla Jade Residence. The east borders the public park area in the Southeast of the Memorial. The west borders the Children's Cultural Palace, Memorial, and restaurant area.

Notably, from Da Nang Downtown looking across the Han River is the complex of works serving the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (Ngu Hanh Son ward, the project has a total estimated investment capital of nearly 10,750 billion VND).

Speaking at the recent groundbreaking ceremony of the project, the leader of the Da Nang People's Committee said that the Da Nang Downtown project was born at the right time to activate new development opportunities, increase the competitiveness of the city's economy and affirm its position as "The most worth-visiting, worth-living, and worth-investing city in Vietnam"...

Da Nang Downtown has a scale of 76.92 hectares, with a total investment of about 79,790 billion VND, including a cultural and entertainment park, theater, riverside commercial area, green park and the tallest 69-storey symbolic tower in the Central region...

The 69-storey tower, the second tallest in Vietnam (408m), is also a special highlight, a new symbol of Da Nang.

The heart of Da Nang Downtown is the cultural and entertainment park including a 4,000-seat theater (Opera hall and multi-purpose room), museum, exhibition center...

It is known that the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - BIDV has issued a letter of commitment to provide credit with a maximum amount of nearly 67,700 billion VND to Sun Group to implement the Da Nang Downtown project.
