The working group surveyed and inspected a number of tourist attractions in Na Hang district.

The delegation conducted a field survey at Na Kha village, Nang Kha commune; Pu Hoanh tourist site on the ecological lake area and worked with the Na Hang District People's Committee on the implementation status and results of the province's resolutions, decisions, projects, plans and schemes in the fields of culture, sports and tourism in the area. Accompanying the delegation were leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

According to the report of Na Hang district leaders, in 2023, the district welcomed nearly 250,000 visitors, reaching 137% of the annual plan. The district has great potential for ecotourism in lakes and primeval forests; festival tourism, community tourism. The district is currently building 3 cultural tourism villages: Khau Trang (Hong Thai), Na Kha (Nang Kha), Ban Bung (Thanh Tuong); developing typical tourism products such as ecotourism in the National Special Scenic Area of Na Hang-Lam Binh Nature Reserve; community tourism associated with promoting traditional cultural values; Long Tong festival tourism; Com Pounding Festival, Le Flower Festival, night market.

Implementing Resolution No. 29 of the Provincial Party Committee on developing tourism into an important economic sector, Na Nang district has seriously directed, operated, and implemented it in the area, creating positive changes. In 2023, the district supported nearly 850 million VND for a number of homestays, art troupes, garbage collection, and construction of public toilets.

However, the development of tourism in Na Hang district is not commensurate with its potential and advantages. It needs a general solution in terms of planning, policy mechanisms, and creating favorable conditions for businesses to invest in tourism in the locality.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong appreciated the efforts of Na Hang district in developing local tourism. Through the working survey of the working delegation, he affirmed that Na Hang has many potentials and advantages for tourism development and suggested that the district focus on developing tourism with focus, key points, building unique products and services with their own identity.

The locality should avoid developing tourism in a scattered manner when resources are limited. The district also needs to have good policies to attract many organizations and individuals with financial capacity and business reputation to invest in tourist areas, destinations and tourism products.

He assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to synthesize the opinions of delegates on difficulties and obstacles in planning and attracting investment in tourism to report to the provincial leaders for solutions suitable to reality, promoting rapid and sustainable tourism development.

In the afternoon of the same day, at the headquarters of the Na Hang District People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong chaired a meeting to listen to the consulting unit, Monument Restoration and Landscape Architecture Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) explain the task of Planning to preserve, embellish and promote the value of the special national scenic spot of Na Hang-Lam Binh Nature Reserve, Tuyen Quang province associated with tourism development until 2030, with a vision to 2050.

The goal of the planning is to preserve, restore and maintain the Na Hang-Lam Binh Nature Reserve as a natural museum with unique and outstanding values in terms of biodiversity, landscape and archeology. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the consulting company, Na Hang and Lam Binh districts, and related units to complete the planning and submit it to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for comments in the coming time.
