According to many users of VinaPhone mobile network ( VNPT Group), at around 11am on June 14, their phones suddenly lost signal, making them unable to use voice and text messaging services.
On many fanpages, websites and on the VNPT - VinaPhone fanpage itself, many users expressed their frustration because of the problem, but the network operator's slow announcement on media channels made them think the phone had a problem, restarting several times.
"The notification was too slow, the signal was lost since 11am and the network just announced it now," account QH expressed his anger on the VinaPhone fanpage.

Regarding the incident, VinaPhone - VNPT admitted that at noon on June 14, 2025, the VinaPhone network had a technical problem that disrupted customer communication in some areas.
