DNVN - At noon on June 14, 2025, VinaPhone network encountered technical problems causing many customers in some areas to be unable to text or make calls.

According to many users of VinaPhone mobile network ( VNPT Group), at around 11am on June 14, their phones suddenly lost signal, making them unable to use voice and text messaging services.

On many fanpages, websites and on the VNPT - VinaPhone fanpage itself, many users expressed their frustration because of the problem, but the network operator's slow announcement on media channels made them think the phone had a problem, restarting several times.
