Ly Hoang Nam strives to enter the quarterfinals of the ITF World Tennis Tour M25

At the ITF World Tennis Tour M25 tennis tournament taking place in Jakarta (Indonesia), Vietnam's number one male tennis player Ly Hoang Nam has just won the right to enter the quarterfinals.

In the second round match on June 8, Ly Hoang Nam faced Mitsuki Wei Kang Leong (Malaysia). Vietnam's number one tennis player showed that he was better than his opponent.

Wei Kang Leong was quite resilient, clinging to Ly Hoang Nam until the score was 4-4 in the first set, but then Ly Hoang Nam won two decisive games in a row, winning 6-4 in the first set.

In the second set, both sides continued to give the audience a breathtaking match. Ly Hoang Nam and Wei Kang Leong tied 6/6, forcing each other into a tie-break.

In this series, Ly Hoang Nam won 7-3, then won 7-6 in the second set, and won 2-0 (6-4, 7-6) overall.

With this victory, Ly Hoang Nam entered the quarterfinals of the ITF World Tennis Tour M25, meeting Yurii Dzhavakian (Ukraine). The quarterfinal match will take place this morning (June 9).

The ITF World Tennis Tour M25 taking place in Jakarta (Indonesia) is also the first international tournament series of Ly Hoang Nam, after he lost in the final match of the men's singles tennis event at the 32nd SEA Games in Cambodia last month.
