The Vietnamese auto market in June 2025 recorded deep price reductions from popular to luxury segments. Many cars were reduced by hundreds of millions, bringing the actual price to the lowest level since the beginning of the year to attract buyers, aiming to push inventory.

Customers who buy a Volkswagen Touareg in June will receive 100% support for registration fees, applicable to both Elegance and Luxury versions. With a listed price of VND 2.699 billion - VND 3.099 billion, car buyers can save from VND 270-372 million, depending on the version and the province of registration. Bringing the actual price down to VND 2.429-2.727 billion.

In addition, Volkswagen Vietnam also applies a 100% registration fee incentive for the Tiguan model (listed price 1.688 billion VND). Car buyers save about 169-202 million VND when registering the license plate. The actual car purchase amount is less than 1.5 billion VND.

Although the new version has been launched, KIA still retains the pure gasoline version (old form) of the Carnival model and distributes it in parallel on the official website. To limit inventory, the Kia Carnival 3.5G Signature (7S) VIN 2024 is being heavily discounted by dealers.

A dealer in the Central region offers a lower discount of up to VND200 million, while another dealer in Hanoi offers the 2.5 Prestige version at a discount of VND190 million and the 2.5 Turbo Calligraphy version at a discount of VND195 million. After the discount, the high-end SantaFe is close to or lower than the listed price of C-size SUVs such as Skoda Karoq (VND1.129 billion), Subaru Forester (VND1.199 billion), Honda CR-V (VND1.259 billion).

Meanwhile, its "brother" Forester has a reduction of 170-230 million VND depending on the version, all applicable to vehicles manufactured in 2024.

The retail price of Forester 2.0iL (VIN 2024) is 969 million VND, reduced to 799 million VND. Forester 2.0iL EyeSight (VIN 2024) is 1.099 billion VND, reduced to 899 million VND. Forester 2.5 iS EyeSight (VIN 2024) is 1.199 billion VND, reduced to 969 million VND.

Mercedes-Benz and dealers are actively "clearing inventory" to push out inventory. Currently, the C-Class line is discounted by 100-200 million VND, bringing the actual price down to 1.599-2.099 billion VND depending on the version. The mid-size sedan model priced at 2.159-3.209 billion VND is reduced to 2.09-2.95 billion VND (a reduction of 69-259 million VND).

Mercedes-Benz models with VIN 2023-2024 have been deeply discounted by several hundred million. For example, the Mercedes-Benz E300 AMG VIN 2023 model is being offered by a dealer in Hanoi for about 2.6 billion VND, a reduction of 610 million VND compared to the listed price.

The two lower versions, E180 and E200 Exclusive VIN 2023, have a discount of around 300 million VND depending on the dealer, bringing the actual price down to 1.8-2 billion VND.
