In the list of the world's best pancakes recently published by the famous culinary website Taste Atlas, there are many familiar names from Vietnam.

With 4.2/5 stars, Vietnamese pancakes are ranked 31st on the list. The pancake crust is made from rice flour, has a bright yellow color from turmeric, and the aroma of coconut milk.
