Attending the rehearsal were leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Center for Culture and Cinema; singers, actors and propaganda team performing directly at the contest.

The elaborately staged art program, lasting 30 minutes, includes 5 outstanding performances, showing the seamless flow from the heroic past of struggle to the present of peace and development of the nation.
The opening scene is “Hanoi People”, recreating the indomitable spirit of the people of the capital during the resistance war. The mashup “Wake up and go - The song of sleepless nights” raises the sacred call of the Fatherland, touching people's hearts. The dance “Independence Star” depicts the journey to gain independence under the red flag with a yellow star. The choir “The Storm Rises” shows the indomitable will of our army and people. The program ends with the performance “Celebrating the Blossoming Country”, praising the revolutionary achievements and the belief in the bright future of the country.
The performances are newly staged, creatively arranged, both modern in appearance and retaining the heroic spirit, thereby recreating historical moments, inspiring and instilling national pride in the young generation.

To prepare for the art program participating in the competition, 35 artists, actors and propagandists from two facilities of the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center have been practicing actively and urgently for nearly 2 weeks. A significant advantage is that after the merger, the artist force of the two old units has been supplemented and supported each other. This combination has contributed to improving the performance efficiency, creating a new look for the program.

At the rehearsal, leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism acknowledged the serious practice spirit, the elaborate staging investment and the profound meaning of each performance.
Opinions were also discussed specifically on how to handle music, stage, actors' expressions and synchronization in costumes, props... to perfect the program, ensuring the best quality before participating in the competition.

The National Mobile Propaganda Competition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2) will take place from August 4 to 9, with the participation of 26 mobile propaganda teams from provinces and cities across the country. During the 5 days, the teams will tour to serve the people in Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh and Hai Phong.
The contest is an opportunity for localities to exchange and learn, while promoting the role of mobile propaganda activities in educating revolutionary traditions, promoting the image of the country and Vietnamese people to the general public."
