According to data from the Departmentof Education and Training - Standing Agency of the Steering Committee for the Examination of Lai Chau province, the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in the whole province has 30 units with candidates registered to take the exam, including: 23 high schools and 6 District Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers; 1 Provincial Continuing Education - Career Guidance Center. This year's exam, the whole province has 22 official exam sites and 22 backup exam sites.

According to the Department of Education and Training, as of 9:00 a.m. this morning, 4,393 candidates registered for the Literature exam, of which 4,360 candidates participated in the exam, reaching 99.29%; 33 candidates were absent for the following reasons: 1 disabled candidate exempted from the exam at Tan Uyen High School, 1 candidate not eligible to take the exam at Than Uyen High School, 11 high school candidates, 20 independent candidates (4 independent candidates according to the 2018 General Education Program, 16 candidates according to the 2006 General Education Program). 1,116 officials participated in the exam at the exam sites.
