Signing a cooperation program on improving the efficiency of library activities and promoting the development of reading culture in the armed forces for the period 2025-2030

On the afternoon of August 14, 2025, Dien Bien Provincial Library and Regiment 741, Dien Bien Provincial Military Command organized the signing of a coordination program on improving the efficiency of library activities and promoting the development of reading culture in the armed forces for the period 2025-2030.

Accordingly, the two units agreed on the contents of coordination in implementing propaganda activities on the occasion of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day for the period 2025 - 2030; implementing the work of rotating books, newspapers and mobile services; exchanging and supporting professional work in the field of libraries between the Provincial Library and the Regimental Library; training to improve professional qualifications for officers in charge of the unit's library reading room; coordinating the implementation of making reader cards for officers and soldiers in the Regiment; building a regular reading environment for officers and soldiers.

Through the coordination program, it aims to contribute to effectively implementing the goal of building a learning society, innovating and improving the quality of reading movements in the unit; creating a lifelong learning environment for officers and soldiers to always be updated with new knowledge, contributing to improving the quality of training, combat readiness, and successfully completing all assigned tasks./.
