Immediately check the principal's responsibility in extra teaching and learning

(Dan Tri) - In February and March, the Department of Education and Training of District 7 conducted an inspection of the responsibilities of primary school principals in managing extra teaching and learning.

This content is emphasized in the latest decision of the Department of Education and Training of District 7, Ho Chi Minh City on extra teaching and learning.

Along with extra teaching and learning, the Department of Education and Training of District 7 will inspect a number of contents such as the organization and implementation of the 2018 General Education Program, management of life skills education activities, STEM education - teaching English with foreign teachers; activities of clubs, extracurricular activities, happy schools, etc.

According to the plan, this unit requires primary school principals to report on self-inspection within the scope of the inspection content of the inspection team.

Prepare complete documents to prove each inspection content and arrange them scientifically and reasonably to create favorable conditions for the inspection team to perform their tasks.

The inspection team receives the report, studies, analyzes, compares, and evaluates the report and collected information and documents; and requests the inspected subject to explain issues related to the inspection content.

During the direct inspection process, if necessary, the inspection team will work with relevant civil servants, public employees or individuals to verify the inspected content and take responsibility for the objective accuracy of the verified information and documents.

After completing the inspection and verification at each unit, the inspection team will make a record and notify the preliminary results of the general assessment of the implementation of legal regulations on the inspection content.

Recently, implementing Circular No. 29 on extra teaching and learning, many localities in Ho Chi Minh City have actively launched inspections of this activity such as District 12; District 7; Binh Hung Hoa B Ward, Binh Tan District...

In Binh Tan, a cultural training center had to close because it violated the regulations of Circular 29 when organizing extra classes for primary school students.
